MIPU is an Italian technology scale-up (more than 60 employees, more than 10 years of experience, since 2008), although recently merged into the group name of MIPU PREDICTIVE HUB. Business is based on the exploitation of ML expertise into several industries that currently demand digital transformation.

MiPU is looking for a junior role to help in the marketing and sales activities while launching the Spanish subsidiary. The placement will be in Bizkaia, with office in Bilbao center, alternatively in Zamudio.

The role will head all local marketing activities, support the central marketing office in the definition of a lead generation strategy for the Spanish market and in the adaptation of marketing materials to the local needs. You will also support the marketing team in Italy in communication and promotion campaigns (telemarketing, email marketing and social media). The role is predefined as junior, as we want the candidate to work following MiPU culture. But definitely aiming to let the candidate grow inside our international organization.

Skills required:

• – Preferably university level in marketing management or equivalent
• – Perfect knowledge of the Office suites
• – Ability to organize and manage complex projects in complete autonomy
• – Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English; Italian will be a plus
• – Knowledge of Photoshop, Indesign and/or video editing are a plus.

Duration and dedication: Although the job is intended for a full-time dedication since the first day, we will be flexible to adapt the starting dedication to the selected candidate’s needs, assuming he/she stills needs to finish his/her degree and/or Master. Depending on the contract model (internship, scholarship or final contract) the job will have the corresponding probation period. The vacancy is a permanent job, and the goal is to extend the relationship beyond this first contract with the right candidate.

Starting date: as soon as possible.

Expected remuneration:  to be discussed with the candidate, considering is a junior role, but fully aligned with the market. Master and or Degree Scholarships and Internship are the starting point, other points will be considered depending on the candidate value.
