2) TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
BROWSING DATA
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

DATA PROVIDED VOLUNTARILY BY USERS

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING FOR SENDING PERIODIC NEWSLETTERS.
With the data subject’s consent, MIPU srl may use the data voluntarily provided to periodically send email messages (newsletters) containing information of interest regarding MIPU srl and its activities.
To send newsletters, we obtain the data subject’s specific and separate consent. The data subject is hereby informed that providing such consent is entirely voluntary and that refusal will have no consequences (other than preventing the periodic sending of the newsletter).

You have the right to request restriction of processing in the cases provided for by Article 18 of the Regulation, as well as to obtain your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, in the cases provided for by Article 20 of the Regulation.

6) PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES
This privacy policy is effective as of August 8, 2019. MIPU srl reserves the right to modify or simply update its content, in part or in full, including due to changes in applicable legislation. MIPU srl will inform you of such changes as soon as they are introduced, and they will be binding as soon as they are published on the Site.
7) OPTIONAL NATURE OF DATA PROVISION
Aside from what is specified for browsing data, providing your data is optional. However, please note that refusal to provide the requested data will make it impossible to process the data and, consequently, to process your requests.
